Game Day Notes -- Baylor @ KU

Revenge Game

Series: Baylor 5-3
Line: KU (-26)

The Rundown
KU is playing to win right now and they are looking for revenge. Baylor's allowing 28.2 points a game and KU is averaging 48.8. Todd Reesing and his array of targets should be looking to polish up their game and put up big points. Today, Reesing could make someone famous. On the other side of the ball, Baylor hasn't shown much against good teams. Still, KU will have to be focused as this type of offense can put up points fast. The Bears have a lot of new players in the mix -- getting more experienced every week. You don't want today to be the day that they figure it out. Consider it a low-grade tune-up for an offense we'll face later in the year.

The Key
KU secondary vs Blake Szymanski.

Predictions

  • If they shut down Lot 124, parking will be the biggest challenge of the day
  • Todd Reesing ties Bill Whittemore's season TD record
  • Either B-Mac or Jake Sharp goes for 200 yards
  • Aqib Talib two INTs, one TD
